Located in Burlington, Ontario, this four-storey mid-rise condo was built using TotalJoist with wood framing.
We were able to clear span units from demising wall to demising wall which made as little load bearing structure inside the building as possible. This gave the builder flexibility without having to worry about load bearing structure.
We were also able to replace a significant amount of LVL using multi ply TotalJoists which reduced costs.
