Built in the heart of Burlington, The Vibe condo community features two 4-storey condo buildings along with a collection of 14 town homes. Both condo buildings are united by a landscaped, ground level courtyard.
Built by New Horizon Development Group, this project was one of TotalJoist’s earlier projects using TotalJoist with a wood-framed building. The project was very large in scale with approximately 12,000 joists per level.

To accommodate site changes needed, we developed a system where we could get field measurements and make adjustments to the joist lengths quickly so that the site was able to get their joists adjusted to field measurements in good time to keep the building going.
We worked closely with the architect and builder to make recommendations that would suit not only field tolerances, but also structural requirements and fire and acoustics to make one package that works for all.
